We are at the bottom in certain market segments. Communities west of 41 (the only place to put your money besides waterfront) that have golf courses and beach clubs are at their lowest. The best priced, best located and best looking units are going, going, gone. The last 3 contracts I wrote were a multiple offer situation. Savvy buyers who know the area and have allowed me to educate them are making their moves. Yes, there is still a lot of condo inventory on the market.
